At present, “low-carbon environmental protection” is a hot key word. With the increasing depletion of energy in the world, searching for new alternative energy sources has become a global topic. Various kinds of green energy have appeared on the stage, from solar energy to tidal energy, there are numerous kinds. With the development of hardware electromechanical industry, automation is also quietly involved in this “low carbon environmental protection” world trend.
Modern aquaculture industry is indoor batch farming. In the crowded environment, indoors are equipped with ventilation equipment and temperature control equipment. If power failure occurs, the immunity of poultry pups is incomplete. In this closed space, pups will suffer from hypoxia. Although all of them are equipped with generators, too long manual operation time will cause a lot of losses. Recently, I read a report that aquaculture can be ecologically cultured, artificially linking different animal groups with feed as a link to form a circular chain to reduce costs. Inspired by this report, I suddenly had an inspiration to break the traditional practice of making animal manure into cheaper fertilizers. If they were gathered together, biogas (methane CH4) would eventually be produced through the decomposition and transformation of fermented microorganisms under anaerobic conditions. Nowadays, due to the over-exploitation of energy, the cost of fuel is increasing gradually. This energy can replace the traditional fuel, and this is an infinite renewable energy, which will not emit harmful gases after burning out.
In line with the principle of doing as you say, we started to realize one by one plan, manufactured septic tanks, and learned how to purify biogas. But the problem is coming soon, how to store these combustible gases, as the owner of the aquaculture industry, know how to manage, know the aquaculture technology very well, but this knowledge is relatively scarce. When I went to buy Electrical products, I met Qian Sheng, a sales engineer of C-Lin Electric Company, unexpectedly, and talked to him about the difficult problems I now face. It means that I can’t store the biogas now. He immediately recalled that the frequency conversion and constant pressure technology which has been widely used in water pumps nowadays is similar to the current problems in the pump industry. Pump industry is to store liquid water through gas collecting cylinder to keep water in a controllable pressure range. If it is applied to gas, it will be more reliable. As long as the gas pressure is raised by the motor and fed back to the frequency converter through the pressure sensor, the density of the gas is increased and continuously transmitted to the generator within the control range, so that the generator can be operated normally. That’s ok. I mentioned that it would be more troublesome to start manually in case of sudden power outage. The scheme is to use the XLDQ3NX series of dual power switching devices which are widely used on gasoline generators nowadays. When power outage occurs in the city, the generator will automatically signal to start the ignition device, start the generator automatically and switch the dual power supply to the standby power supply at the same time. Automatically switch to municipal power after municipal power is switched on.
After solving this problem, I spent one month preparing explosion-proof gas collecting cylinder, explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof pipeline to produce the device. Qian Sheng prepared the electrical control distribution box, used the frequency converter constant voltage, displayed the pressure through the frequency conversion constant voltage controller, and completed the equipment. In the following experiments, the effect is very satisfactory. The generator runs normally. It is hoped that the equipment can be widely popularized and the aquaculture industry can also be automated.
