C-Lin Temperature Controller, also known as C-Lin Temperature Display Regulator, is a kind of instrument for measuring and controlling the temperature of objects. It has a wide range of applications in daily industrial and agricultural production.
The process of operating the controlled object to the required temperature is temperature control. Temperature control is a process through which the ultimate goal can be achieved. It requires the cooperation of external device mechanisms and the support of heat theory.
The basic structure of temperature control is introduced in the figure below.
In the process of controlling the control object, the result of temperature change is called control. The good control is how to get the control result close to the ideal response.
The ideal temperature control is to track the temperature faithfully when the target temperature changes (changing the setting value, starting when the power is put into operation). In reality, because the control object, temperature, temperature detection part, operation part and so on have time delay, so the control part corrects the temperature of the delayed reaction. Therefore, there are “upstream” and “downward” phenomena as shown in Figure A. If the gain (responsiveness) of the action is reduced in order to obtain a good control result, the time to reach the target temperature becomes longer, such as (Fig. B), or the oscillation occurring can not be reduced, or even the oscillation becomes larger, as shown in Fig. C. Take that as a good control result? It depends on the purpose and purpose of the control object.

In order to use C-Lin temperature controller to control properly, we must fully understand the thermal characteristics of the controlled object before selecting the temperature controller and temperature measurement.
